Request Trip Atlas account and data deletion.
Users can request deletion of their Trip Atlas account and related app data by contacting ByteNudge Studio support.
How to request deletion
Email support@tradeaudit.org from the email address connected to your Trip Atlas account.
Use this subject line:
Include a short note saying that you want your Trip Atlas account and related app data deleted.
You can also start from inside Trip Atlas by opening your profile and choosing the privacy, support or data deletion link.
What can be deleted
- Account/profile data connected to the Trip Atlas account, where applicable.
- Trip projects, saved trip details, selected places and user-created travel story data.
- Selected photos, derived media outputs and photo metadata that Trip Atlas has stored for sync, sharing or export features, where applicable.
- Stored app preferences or related records connected to the account, where applicable.
Expected response time
ByteNudge Studio will aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 business days. Actual deletion timing may depend on account verification, technical processing and any data that must be retained for security, abuse prevention or legal reasons.
Some backup copies or security logs may remain for a limited period before automatic expiry. If certain data must be retained, ByteNudge Studio will explain the reason in the response where appropriate.
